Shipping policy
We ship every Madden Authentic order from our international fulfillment partner to customers across Australia. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only, including all states, territories, metro and regional areas. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and international destinations — sign up to our newsletter to hear when that launches.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, EOFY sales) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll let you know if any order is delayed.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times to Australian addresses are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 10–18 business days
- Regional areas: 14–21 business days
- Remote areas: up to 28 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier workloads, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before confirming your order.
Carriers
We work with international and domestic carriers to deliver your order. Final delivery within Australia is typically handled by Australia Post or a comparable domestic carrier.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to appear after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't indicate a problem with your order.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@maddenauthentic.com.au.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@maddenauthentic.com.au — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur re-delivery fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@maddenauthentic.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us at support@maddenauthentic.com.au and we'll sort it out — in most cases we'll arrange a full refund without requiring you to return the item.
